Add True Bypass to two effects pedals. Press the footswitch to toggle between the 2 loops and switch a channel on your amp.

When the switch is pressed once, Loop 1 is engaged and Loop 2 is disengaged (LED 1 on) -  Amp channel switch off

When the switch is re-pressed, Loop 1 is disengaged and Loop 2 is engaged (LED 2 on) - Amp channel switch on

With additional toggle switch to switch the polarity of the amp channel switch.
